Ordering and Shipping

We ship worldwide with track and trace. Orders are dispatched within 10 working days after payment receipt and are shipped via our suppliers. You'll receive an email with tracking information once the order is dispatched.

You'll receive an email within 24 hours of dispatch from our warehouse with detailed parcel information. Please ensure:

• Correct first name and surname for strict postal office policies

Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and shipping costs. Shipping times vary:

• Netherlands: 1 -2 days
• Europe: 1 week to 2 weeks
• Outside Europe: 2-3 weeks

Orders and Returns

For size changes, damaged/wrong items, contact us for assistance. Items can be returned within 21 days from delivery/pick-up. Note:

Only items are refundable; shipping costs and the risk of return are at your expense (sending with track and trace recommended).
